Meditation & Movement: Incorporating Mindfulness Into Every Day. In this four-part series, we’ll explore the ways in which mindfulness and meditation can bring greater awareness and depth to our yoga practice and everyday life.

In each session, we’ll sample a different type of meditation paired with a complementary yoga practice. With an emphasis on practicality and finding what works for you, we’ll discuss the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, and experiment with incorporating these profound practices into our everyday movement -- on and off the mat.
