Whether you’re getting ready to welcome a baby, or you’ve already got your hands full with parenthood, yoga is a wonderful tool for getting grounded, connecting with your body, and quieting your mind (even if just for one breath).

Prenatal Yoga

In our prenatal yoga classes, we foster a supportive community. Together, we practice breathing, mind-body awareness, letting go, and finding inner strength – all valuable skills for pregnancy, birth, and life in general! Guided by what feels good in each moment, we experiment with strengthening poses, stretches adapted to your changing body, and guided relaxation. 

 

Postnatal yoga

The practice of yoga after pregnancy can help to ground you in your body and keep you rooted in the present moment. In these yoga classes, we move through gentle, strengthening poses that are adaptable for any stage of the postpartum period.

This is yoga for your real life, just as it is.
